stolen 2022 Co-op (REI) CTY 1.1

I just purchased this bike for my girlfriend 5 days ago. We used the bike last night, and today it is gone, so probably the bike was stolen either early this morning or in broad daylight today, August 6th. The bike was locked on the second floor of our building at the stairwell with the other bikes at the UCSD campus. Potentially an interesting note, there is another bike with a cut lock but the bike is in bad shape. It has been there all year, but recently it was moved away from the bike rack and onto the edge of the stair well.
