Description of incident
I put my bike on the AC transit but 54 rack, hopped on the bus and before the bus left, a man walked up, took it off and road off. I chased them up 35th and saw them turn right on 12th before going back to get my belongings and report to BART PD Bike has a slightly different front wheel than what's pictured. Now has a black neuvation.
