stolen 2021 Schwinn AXUM

Was traveling on I30 West bound with Bicycle attached to vehicle bike rack. The rubber straps that secured the bike suddenly tore apart and bike fell off rack onto roadway. I searched the area multiple times and was not able to locate the bicycle. I assume someone took the bike off the road before I could come back to find the bike.
