Bike was stolen off cars bike rack from the parking garage at Renown Regional Medical Center. There is video footage of the man stealing the bike and police were called to report the incident. Please help, this bike was for my daughters 13th birthday and I have been saving up to get her this for 3 years. Thank you for your help.
