Parked bike in L2 bike storage unit of "The Collective on 4th" apartment complex on August 8, 2021 for storage. Locked front tire into bike stand close to front door in clear view of security camera. Next time entering storage was approximately 10:45 am Wednesday July 27, 2022. Front tire still locked in place, thief detached the front tire and stole the carbon fiber frame and rear tire. Area is under 24-hour surveillance and requires a key fob to enter. I notified apartment office immediately. The seat tube has an ID sticker from the University of Portland campus safety as it was registered there when I was a student from 2017-2021.
