Description of incident
The bicycle was parked and double locked on the bike rack at the River Fest to the left of the Old Mint Entrance at 1200 hours. I returned at approximately 1800 hours and the bike was gone along with the U-Lock and cable lock. There were no parts or pieces remaining.
