I locked my bike to a bike rack using a cable combination lock outside my place of work at 7:45 am. The bike rack is in plain sight at the corner of the building in open view, not hidden at all. My shift ended at 4:30 pm and when I went to grab my bike, it was gone. All that was left was my bike lock, cut in half and laying on the floor next to the bike rack.
