Bike was locked to a 3-inch diameter metal tube in the back corner of my apartment’s parking lot using a thick cable that was run through the rear wheel and the frame. According to video footage, around 4:00 AM a vehicle pulled into the parking lot to case the scene. Around 30 minutes later, a truck backed into the parking lot to the corner where the bike was stored and cut the lock. Two men loaded the bike into the back of the truck and sped off.
