Description of incident
The bike was parked on the P1 level bike lock up area in the underground parkade. It was securely locked with a kryptonite U-lock threaded through the bike rack and frame of the bike. I locked it at 08:20 and when I went to retrieve it at 16:00, it was gone, along with the lock.
