I left my bike locked up outside 711 Van Ness for one hour. A male in a green jacket, blue jeans, and a black ski mask stole my bike from in front of the building at 4:25pm. I came down at 4:38pm and saw that my bike was missing and asked the security guard of the building to review the security camera footage, which is how I was able to see the theft occur.
