My Aventon Soltera Single Speed was locked on a rack near the Hemsley Theater entrance to Vilas Hall on the UW-Madison Campus on East Campus Mall. Sometime between 1pm and 9:45pm, the heavy duty chain lock was cut, the bike was stolen, and the lock was left at the scene.
