On 7/2/22 around 5:52PM my bike chain at emergency room (my work) was cut and subsequently my electric bike was stolen. Security had alerted me to theft as the person was riding off with my bike. I proceeded to call 911. Security showed me the footage and the person looked up be white, skinny, and had on all black. Serial number VR1E21V0914
