stolen 2008 Raleigh Grand Sport

Bicycle was locked with a 3/4'' spiral lock to bike rack through tire,frame and bike rack. Anytime from 3PM to 7:45PM the bikewas taken without permission. Also a second bike, my friend's, right next to mine was stoken with a lock on it as well.
