Broke into a secured gated lot and stole bike. Picture is of the jackass who stole it. Bike is tan. Size 700c tires with white stripes on side of tires. In addition to being tan there is what looks like a black city map on one part of the frame. I carved my initials J C into the underside of the frame near the seat.
