As someone was leaving my apartment garage, the theft walked in and stole the bike. The front wheel was secured to a bike rack and a cable was snaked around the lock through the rest of the frame and rear wheel. He removed the wheel from the frame and cut the cable, leaving behind the front wheel and lock.
