stolen Ram RAM SPORT SS 750W

Black man named Richie was seen with my e bike on the street by Rosecrans and the Big 5 where the homeless encampments are. It is a medium size folding electric bike all black frame with small orange rims front and back and wide 4 in tires. Manufacturing name is emojo ram sport SS in lettering on the frame. It is a medium size folding electric bike. Not seen anyone writing one like mine in the area. Recently received information it might have been painted pink and not professionally done. Seems to me that the bike thieves spray paint these bikes thinking no one would notice but you would if you see a tacky paint job on a electric bike so it could have been changed to any color. pleases anyone with any information there is a reward. I bought this bike for my 62nd birthday instead of going into a wheelchair so I appreciate it if anyone could help
