I locked up my bike at the bike racks at the Meadows Transit center at about 12:50 pm and took the 516 Millwoods bus. I was at work from 2 to 5 pm, took the 516 Meadows, which was a "Not in Service" when I took it and arrived at the transit center at about 6:20. When I went to get my bike, it was no longer there at the bike racks.
