At 6:35pm I locked my Ebike in front of Optum building at 401 S Fair Oaks to have dinner at restaurant next door, Saladang Garden, with address of 383 S Fair Oaks. Saw bike was stolen when I walked out at roughly 7:30pm. Did not notice any cameras in front of building to inquire.
