Bike was stolen in the East Village between 5:10pm - 7:10pm. Rear tire had a flat (suspicious) but I had to get to an appointment so I took an Uber to my appointment and came back at 7:10pm to find my bike had been stolen and the lock had been clean cut. Bicycle frame is black with yellow accents (Kona logo etc...) has some paint scratches on the frame from prior accidents. 2x blue metallic water bottle holders, 700cc road tires, custom women's bike seat with pink breast cancer ribbon, under seat bag
