Bike was locked to a telephone pole around noon, May12th 2022. Bike was later observed still locked to telephone pole around 3pm. At 6pm, bike was no longer locked to telephone pole. Neighbors said they witnessed a Black Male clip the lock and bike away on the bike around 5:30pm.
