It's handle bars were pushed in. So it had metal further out than the rubber. Both tires were flattish, and breaks were really bad. It had a black gel seat; original seat was horrible. The seat wasn't put on like a normal seat. It was original not adjusted for me. However my brother rigged it at my height. Quite tall. It's stickers were scratched..it had some rust. Chain was off.

It was definitely there yesterday May 20th at noon; when I got home. It was in my private yard, key locked. Had 2 low tires, believe the chain was off also. Gone today.
