This is a white folding e-bike with 20" wheels and a 250watt motor. It has a front light and rear light and it's handlebars fold down. The battery has a lock on it and is only accessible when the bike is folded.

I found a piece of the bike lock on the ground and metal shavings. So the bike lock is missing and appears to have been cut. It was an On Guard u-lock.
