Bike was U-locked to the bike rack right outside UW Roosevelt Medical Clinic. I checked on it after my appointment, but in the 20 min I went back inside for a blood draw it was gone. They left an umbrella and a wire cutter at the scene with the U-Lock intact and the cable cut up.
