stolen 2022 Rad Power Bikes RadMission 1

This bike was stolen from inside the mudroom area of the Quick Stop at 2518 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia (Frankford & Cumberland, near Kensington High School), about 12 feet away from the owner who looked back repeatedly while at checkout. The bike is a 1-month-old white RadMission 1 Electric Hybrid Bike (ebike) - probably one of its most notable features is the big battery pack. It had a black double carrier bag setup on the back. There is security footage which shows it was taken by a young Black man, about 6' tall, smoker, dreadlock pigtails, wearing black pants, white and black shoes, and a black shirt with a yellow lemon face kind of decal on it.
