Description of incident
I had left my bike parked by the 6th floor elevator door where the bikes racks are located on the east side enterance of Pangea Parking garage. I couldn't use the bike because the seat was stolen so I left it over night and check this morning 4/22 around 11 AM and my bike was no longer there. The bike was locked and secured.
