Returned to the hospital from lunch break after 1pm, locked bike with Kryptonite chain in lower level of ramp 4 near the Family Care loop. Bike was reported to UI police just after 5pm when I left work and found it missing. Officer Noska sent a security camera picture of a kid riding off with it wearing an electric blue hoodie, backpack and Timberland style boots. S
