stolen Gazelle hybrid

My main mode of transportation - my bike - was stolen from my carport this week - how will I get to work or to grad school? If you can help me find it there is a $100 reward - NO QUESTIONS ASKED - Blue gazelle bike with rainbow fish sticker on the side, a back rack with black panniers/saddlebags, silver bell on handlebars, grey fenders on both wheels - Obama sticker on back fender. Please please please help me find this bike. If someone tries to sell it to you or you see it (it's really bright blue...unless they've repainted it) let me know.It's a hybrid sort of cruiser bike (not a road bike, not a mountain bike)ThanksP
