stolen 2011 Specialized Dolce Sport Compact

Bike was being stored in basement of Park Manor apartments, 841 S 500 E. This area is accessible to tenants who know the building's entrance code. I went to the basement today and saw that the bike was missing. My bike was locked to a wall-mounted bike rack with a steel u-lock and two chain locks. Both the bike and the locks are now missing. The bike is Specialized brand, model is Dolce Elite Compact, with Sram brand components and Keo brand clip-in pedals. The bike frame is black with curved white details and blue accents. The handlebars are white. Attached to the bike are a bike computer clipped to the front handlebars, a tool bag fastened underneath the seat, a water bottle holder, and front and rear bike lights. There is also a small yellow skull and cross bones sticker on the bike frame. The bike was previously registered with SLCPD.
