Parking garage was broken into and subsequently the bike storage room was broken into as well. Using tools, the thief was able to remove the bike, lock, or cut through the 15mm steel chain lock somehow to remove the bike and exit the garage before police could arrive. The event was captured on video. The eBike's battery was not attached to the bike at the time of the theft.
