Distinguishing features
This bike is in great condition. It is an old Cannondale so the logo sticker is on the top bar near the fork housing. The font is a faded gold. The bicycle is all black (frame, cranks, brakes/shifters, seat, handlebars, and stem). The wheel rims are silver/gray and the Shimano clip in pedals are also grey. Brake levers/shifters are Shimano 105, the rest of the gearing components are Suntour I believe. I removed the bar tape the night before it was stolen so the handlebars are bare except for adhesive residue all over from the tape. According to the serial number the bike was produced in 1986 but I believe its model did not hit the market until 1987. It was referred to as the Cannondale "Black Lightning"
