It's a Scott MK2 in black, white and orange. Since this photo the forks have been replaced - they're now white/silver and very shiny. The seat is ripped in two places there are a few other distinctive marks.

Bike was locked under stairwell in the entrance to our block of flats, past two locked doors - the cable was cleanly chopped through, presumably with bolt cutters.
