THE BIKE WAS LOCKED OUTSIDE OF CAFFE PASSE ON THURSDAY NIGHT. I TOOK AN UBER HOME TO AVOID BIKING AFTER SEVERAL BEERS, AND RETURNED THE FOLLOWING AFTERNOON TO DISCOVER IT MISSING. I CALLED SEVERAL LOCAL OFFICES (DOWNTOWN TUCSON PARTNERSHIP, ETC.) TO SEE IF IT WAS REMOVED LEGALLY (PERHAPS IF I HAD LOCKED IT UP INAPPROPRIATELY), BUT THEY ALL REPORTED THAT NO BIKES WERE RETRIEVED IN THE PAST 24 HOURS. I HAD USED A ULOCK WITH A SEPARATE CORD LOCK
