Bike was stolen from an interior, secure bike room in the Maizon Bethesda building "accessible only with a resident fob" or a hard key. Dude who stole it had a master key to the building.Video shows a man in a hood and tan work jacket and jeans, face largely concealed by a mask (covid) rolled it out and rode it through the garage and out. Duffel bag with theft tools on his shoulder.
