Description of incident
Hardened steel U-lock was likely cut with bolt cutters and left at scene, while 2 manganese steel chains were defeated in an unknown manner and taken. All locks were Kryptonite brand security level 5. Male suspect caught on camera wearing yellow puffy jacket and small backpack, rode south from alley between Encompass Health and Park Central Condos (on Northaven and 75) toward Valleydale/75 crossroads, behind Casket Store. Theft started at 7:22pm, suspect left scene on bike at about 7:35 pm.
