stolen 2021 Hiboy

I locked the scooter at the front door of Benjamin Hall at 616 NE Northlake Pl, Seattle, WA 98105 at 12:05 pm, June 6th. When I came out the building at 2:30 pm, I found the scooter was stolen along with the U lock. The scooter has a black body color with red cables. A phone holder was installed on the left handlebar. The U lock used to lock the scooter was black, wrapped with rubber. The rubber on the U lock frayed heavily in the middle.
