stolen 2021 Specialized Rockhopper 29

The bike was attached to a bike stand that was bolted to the ground. The bike stand was in a covered and closed garage attached to the building were I live, but there are no fences or door around the bike stand and anybody can access it. The frame of the bike was attached to the stand using a u-lock (model Kryptonite New-U New York Fahgettaboudit) and a cable was attached to the lock and going through both front and back wheels. Last time I saw the bike was on August 21st at around 5pm when I attached the bike to the stand. On the morning of August 22nd at around 8:30am, I saw that the bike had been stolen. Somebody cut the metal bar of the bike stand so that they could retrieve the bike without having to attack the lock. The u-lock and cable had disappeared with the bike.
