Description of incident
Unbolted the front tire that was u-locked onto the second floor parking garage bike rack locked area and took the rest of the bike, including rear tire, and left the front tire still locked the bike rack. Bike racks are behind a black privacy screen and secured with a locked door that requires key fob entry. They pried open the door's lock protector to get in then took multiple bikes, left saw blades, a metal file, cut open u-locks, cut cable locks, and parts of other bikes left at the scene too. The parking garage is also gated behind a pedestrian key fob entry door or garage clicker required.
