Went into smoke shop in pacific beach california for less then 4 minutes. Bike was parked right in front of shop so it was easily visible. it was stolen within 15 seconds while my back was turned to pay. It was a kid around 20 + with a black white and yellow beanie, a blue backpack, and arm tattoos
