Description of incident
I fell and got a ride home, a guy claiming his name was Raul said he would store my bike for me at his work and I could pick it up in the morning. He gave me his number and I text him in the morning he said he was out of town but would call me at 4:00pm then he blocked my number and I haven’t been able to get a hold of him since.
