The bike (black e bike with a basket on the front, passenger seat on the back, and folding baskets on the side, no battery) was stolen some time between the afternoon of 12/10/2021 (last time it was seen safely in its spot) and just before 9 AM 12/11/2021 (when it was noticed to be missing). The bike was locked onto a built-in bike rack with 2 strong chain locks, but the thief pulled up the bike rack from the ground on one side and slipped the bike off that way.
