Description of incident
Black Security guard(wears cowboy hat sometimes) was seen removing it from creekbed where original thief threw it after finding out who it belonged to. a friend tried to stop him informing him he knew who that belonged to, the guard said," I don't care its mine now!" Even though I was on my way to retrieve it
