stolen Mongoose mountain bike

This is an old Mongoose mountain bike from the late '80's but it has been painted over in a lavender color and rebranded to be a JB Livingston, however I peeled the Livingston decal off and there is no name/brand/model visible - there are remaining words on the seat tube "Bend Velo" and "2012". It has a basket on the front and a rear painted purple rack on the back. It has black fenders, toe clips on pedals, a cup holder and blue bell on the upright handlebars. A tiny magnet that says "Aruba" is on the stem.
