Distinguishing features
Maroon city bike. It's an antique bike made in Germany by Victoria. Has seller sticker from shop in Berlin on seat post and other German markers. Newly refurbished - paint is great, new saddle, etc. Beautiful!

Description of incident
Stolen from padlocked storage in resident-only parking garage. Padlock cut, this bike plus another stolen, and a tent.
