This is a brown Surly Steamroller fixed gear, missing all decals and badges. The most distinctive feature is a dented top tube close to the seat post that has been filled and wrapped with black electrical tape. It has a pair of HED Belgium+ rims laced to high flange black track hubs and has a pair of Conti Gatorskin black edition 28c tires. Seatpost is a black Thomson anodized no setback, stem is a 3T 130mm ARX team. 42cm drop bars, this bike has no brakes. Has a 48t Origin8 front chainring and 15t rear cog, shimano SPD pedals. Saddle is a SMP Hell and bar tape is black leather fizik. Has a bell fixed to the stem. Drive side rear dropout has a Surly brand tuggnut chain tensioner. Head tube is sporting a decorative sticker off of a beer bottle.

Description of incident
The back deck of my building is behind an 8’ locked gate. The deck slat my bike was locked to was pried off with a crowbar and the bike and lock were both removed.
