I locked my bike to a bike rack at 6am on the corner of NE 13th Ave and NE Alberta Ave in front of Alberta13 pdx apartment complex. I used a folding lock to lock the bike with my helmet to the rack. At 7am, I left the studio and did not see my bike at the rack or in the near area. All items were missing (bicycle, helmet, lock).
