stolen 2017 Raleigh Redux iE

Black Raleigh Redux iE used for commuting – pannier rack installed, worn paint on right side of pannier frame. At time of theft, there was an oblong red and tan/silver sticker with black text reading "005" and tan text reading "REGISTERED." Stolen without a battery or screen. There was one front light mount on the handlebars, and two rear light mounts, one on the seat post and one on the rear of the rack. None of the lights were mounted. The battery interface plate had one corner cracked off, only 3 bolts remaining.
