On October 20, 2021, at 11:20 AM, I locked my bicycle outside the Target at 8999 Balboa Blvd, and roughly 30 minutes later, around 11:50, I left the store to find it gone. The bicycle was on the series of racks right under the Target sign, I parked it on the left side of the second one from the right.
