Bicycle was stored in back of my car (against the wall) in the apartment building underground parking. It had a cable around the front wheel and frame with a combination lock, but the cable was not attached to anything, so anyone could pick the bike up and carry it away. The bicycle has a rack on the back of it. It is a 21-speed mountain bike.
