**The saddle, speedometer, rear light, and pump were NOT on the bike when it was stolen**The front derailleur cable is slightly frayed and patched with copper tape.The bike was locked with a beefy cable lock through the frame, front wheel, and rack in front of the Stonestown Galleria. The security camera was pointing elsewhere during the short time it was stolen: sometime between 4:30PM and 5:30PM.
