The bike was locked outside on the bike rack using a U lock and a cable around 4:30-5:00 PM Friday, Oct.15, and was found stolen around 3:00-3:30 PM Sunday, Oct.17. The bike rack was cut, and the bike along with the lock and cable is missing. A basket and a phone holder are also attached to the bike when stolen.
